Know your bad habit & how to remove it

Don’t use Mobile Phone before sleeping because it create stress problem. If it is too much necessary to talk at night, use Landline Phone in place of mobile.

Don’t chew chewing gum all the day. Because it can create gas & diarrhea problem there are no problem if you chew one or two chewing gum you can use carrot in place of chew gum

Due to sun block & sun screen our body doesn’t make vitamin D which is necessary to our bone. Only 10 minutes full sun bath is sufficient to our body for making vitamin D. then you can use sun block / sun screen.

Brush your teeth before go to bed & in the morning (before breakfast).

Don’t listen I pod with high volume give rest your ear.

Don’t drink too much water because it can create hyper hydration but it also depends on your height, weight exercise routine or season. One and half liter water is sufficient for one day.

Don’t take pain killer medicine more than 2 or 3 in a week or take suggestion of your physician.
