Ltd. (NEC). NEC is also experts in land development and site development, Subdivision designs, surface water management studies, survey design, and boundary legal descriptions, surface/topography projects, drainage projects, street grading designs, street improvement projects, and Clash Analysis & Resolutions for both Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure projects for 4 regions namely AM, AP, ME & UK across the global.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Producing BIM Models for civil, utility, building and structural using Autodesk Civil 3d, Autodesk Revit architecture & Revit MEP Producing BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing services using Revit MEP by agreeing drawing strategy, type, size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer/consultant/client and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.
• Use templates for CAD/BIM work and use CAD/BIM library items to assist design work and produce construction deliverables in a 3D/2D format like,
• Storm drainage, Sewer and Water Network Modeling.
• Road Surface, Proposed Topo, existing Topo & Corridor Modeling.
• Dry Utility Modeling for electrical conduits, tele Communications & GAS Pipeline.
• HVAC Ducting layout.
• Piping layout, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies.
• General Arrangement drawings of Equipment room.
• Architectural Plans, Floor Plans, foundation plans & Required section details.
• Development of plans and section drawings.
• Equipment Schedules, Installation details drawings.
• Use other supporting software, including Bluebeam Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Office 365, Google Earth Pro.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CAD standards and best practices.
• Learn and successfully applies company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures.
• Ability to apply formulas, principles, and best management practices to complete the required designs and drawings.
• Coordinate drafting activities with other designers, drafters within discipline and other disciplines.
• Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources.
• Execute design changes and prepare project drawing revisions.
• Maintain CAD proficiency and work towards mastering current CAD systems.
• Travel to the other project office as required and requested to provide support on assignments, projects and overall office needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil (general) engineering. with a minimum of 1.5 years related experience.
Or
• Diploma in civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience.
• Hands-on experience of Civil 3D preferred, Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D / Infraworks, Revit and 12D, Bentley OpenRoad designer & Bentley microstations.
• Experience using common data environment, such as Navisworks, BIM 360 etc. for coordinated model and clash detection, is preferred.
• Have excellent data manipulation abilities (MS Excel/MS Access database type).
• Essential English written & verbal communication.
